Coach Acie Earl operates Venom Sports Training, a basketball skills program for children ranging from grade school to high school. Coach Earl also hosts the Iowa Regional Phenom Camp.
Coach Earl was recruited to be the sole phenom America boys and girls basketball camps rep.
Phenom America is a west coast based exposure camps to give give kids all over the word a chance to play against the very best balllers at 5th to 12th grade. Coach Earl was invited to work a Phenom national camp in 2018. . Even Coach Earls son Kareem attended 2 national camps and was a 2 time all star at camp
Coach Earl hosts his Phenom Iowa ranking camps where he ranks each player that good attends each camp. Coach Earl ranks each player, boy or girl in over 35 categories.
For any camp coach earl hosts, kids have the ability to earn phenom national camp invites, which never expire. in order to attend a Phenom national camp a kid must be invited by a coach or earn an invite. The best 2-4 players at any camp hosts earn an national Phenom camp invite that are normally held in late July in the LA area.
Coach earl has had over 50 kids from Iowa attend the Phenom national camps and around 75 from the midwest since 2017.
Acie then went to star for the Iowa Hawkeye and set over 13 school records leaving 2nd rated in scoring. Also earning all big ten team honors and all defensive player of the year in the Big Ten.
From there he was drafted 19th in the 1st round with the Boston Celtics , then an expansion draft pick with the Toronto Raptors where he set 5 franchise records , then traded to Milwaukee Bucks,
From there he played 8 years in 12 countries earning 3 MvP’s in Kosovo, Turkey and China.
After tearing his Achilles he started coaching in the ABA in Mexico and the Quad Cities, the WBA in Tennessee and the CBA in Rockford.
He then started coaching his kids and others with Venom Sports girls/boys aau/travel teams for 12 years. Also coaching in high school at solon, Iowa City high, Iowa City West high, and northwest junior high.
Coach earl also hosted camps for Nike sports camps, YMCA, Phenom America, and now his own passing-dribbling-shooting camps in Iowa and Illinois. Coach Earl also trains kids weekly on fundamental skills at each age.

3rd All-Time leading scorer.
All-time shot blocker.
4 years in the NBA. (Celtics, Raptors, and Bucks)
8 years professional career overseas. 3 time MVP.
